This project was both delicious and very close to our hearts. ¡Chingón! Catering began as a passion project to introduce the quality and variety of street food from Mexico City to the streets of Los Angeles. From the vision of Eddie “El Chef” Lemus who was born in Mexico City and raised in Los Angeles, ¡Chingón! Catering is a culmination of his culinary teachings and experiences.
